The 220 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors, has 2 bedrooms with AC, both with double beds, wardrobes, fan and magnificent views of the sea. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub; one on each floor. There is a cot and a high chair. Relax in the living-dining room also equipped with AC and satellite TV while enjoying the views of the Mediterranean. Dine in the fully furnished dining room and enjoy an evening with exquisite views of the island's east coast. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, is fully equipped so you can cook without any problem. The laundry room is accessed through bedroom 2 and has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. With private access to the sea, just 50 m away you will find the âEUROœCala MandiaâEURO beach, and just 5 m away you have access to the cliff of the rocks with views of the Cala. Cala Mandia is located in the urbanization of Porto Cristo Novo, just 3 km from Porto Cristo, a beautiful residential area located in the east of Mallorca, with a wide variety of beaches around.
